Job Summary

Manage 2–4 concurrent implementations of Veryon's Tracking, Tracking+, and Diagnostics solutions, driving project lifecycles from kickoff to completion while ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards. Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customer stakeholders, leading kickoff and status meetings to maintain transparency, address concerns, and mitigate risks by escalating issues early. Own project documentation, including detailed plans, requirements, and meeting minutes, while synchronizing internal resources with Business Consultants and technical teams to hit milestones. This role offers mentorship from senior team members and exposure to cutting-edge aviation technology within a collaborative Professional Services environment focused on customer success and process improvement.

Required Qualifications

Experience managing 2–4 concurrent implementations
Ability to drive project lifecycles from kickoff to completion
Capability to ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards
Ability to deliver regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders
Experience acting as a primary day-to-day contact for customer stakeholders
Ability to lead kickoff and status meetings
Capability to proactively manage client expectations
Experience addressing client concerns professionally and in a timely manner
Ability to own project documentation including detailed plans, requirements, scope changes, and meeting minutes
Experience maintaining PM tools and systems
Capability to ensure accurate data for contract reviews and project scoping
Ability to mitigate risk by identifying potential issues early
Experience escalating issues to senior leadership
Capability to uphold methodology standards
Experience following company best practices
Ability to participate in project/QA reviews
Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives
Capability to synchronize internal resources
