Project Manager, Veridus Advisors MI (54405)

Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and reviewing entities to support the development and successful delivery of construction projects. Support development and monitoring of project budgets and schedules while tracking permits, applications, and other regulatory items. Assist with proposal drafting, project reporting, and research due diligence. Observe construction progress, contribute to reporting, and participate in team development and coordination. Provide training and guidance to Assistant Project Managers and staff engineers. Represent projects in public forums as necessary and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between project sites. Reporting to the Project Executive, the position fosters strong team relationships and internal collaboration while modeling Veridus culture and core values.
