Job Summary
Lead water treatment projects from concept to realization by participating in offer and execution phases, designing plans, and managing budgets while overseeing cost control and change orders. Direct project teams, coordinate with operational staff, and handle detail engineering, material procurement, and technical selection. Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and HSE guidelines while analyzing and resolving bottlenecks. Manage contracts, legal aspects, and client/vendor relationships through internal and external reporting. This role requires near 100% on-site presence during commissioning. Candidates must hold an HBO degree with extensive water treatment experience and strong leadership skills. Required Qualifications
- HBO-niveau
- langdurige relevante werkervaring
- Grondige kennis van waterbehandelingstechnologieën
- Bekendheid met ontwerp- en engineeringmethoden
- Sterke kennis van projectmanagement en planningstechnieken
- Ervaring met kostprijsberekening en budgetbewaking
- Kennis van veiligheidscriteria, Arbo-eisen en HSE-richtlijnen
- Kennis van contractvoorwaarden en juridische aspecten
- Beheersing van relevante software en MS Office
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
- Hands-on mentaliteit
- Tijdens de commissioning fase zal je bijna 100% on site aanwezig zijn
