Job Summary
Schedule solar installations and town inspections across Stamford CT to Hudson MA, manage project follow-ups to meet critical deadlines, and review projects for potential change orders. Resolve order and processing issues by coordinating with customers and internal departments while handling permitting. Perform administration and general office duties including typing, record-keeping, file maintenance, and documentation creation. Complete additional clerical tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of clerical or other office experience
- Solar experience
- CRM experience (SalesForce)
- Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and customer service focus
- Very organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Fast typing and data entry skills

- Experience with Sunnova and Mosaic
