Coordinate all construction activities for the development of 54 modern apartments and 11 style homes in Antwerpen, overseeing the transition from current groundworks to final handover. Direct the main contractor and subcontractors while managing technical and administrative aspects of the project to ensure execution meets schedule, budget, and quality standards. Establish and monitor plans, budgets, and quality controls through daily coordination with stakeholders including architects, engineers, and internal teams. Represent the client to guarantee timely delivery under agreed terms. Work primarily on-site in Antwerpen with a hybrid model involving a day of remote work from Brussels, offering flexibility between full-time employee or freelance status.
