Project Manager

Lead sustaining program for infusion pump products within the Infusion Therapies and Technologies (ITT) group, owning the integrated program plan, schedule, scope, budget, and risk management for sustaining activities. Drive cross-functional activities across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Commercial to ensure ongoing product performance, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and timely changes in a highly regulated medical device environment. Communicate program status and mitigation plans to leadership, support long-term roadmap planning (including end-of-life and transition strategies), and drive continuous improvement in sustaining processes, governance, and execution with external partners and vendors. Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferred) with substantial project management experience and PMP or equivalent certification; strong communication skills and the ability to lead global, cross-functional teams in a distributed work environment; familiarity with GMP/GDP and product development processes; authorized to work in the U.S. with onsite requirements at the Round Lake, Illinois location.
