Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects in New England from preconstruction through closeout, owning project performance, client satisfaction, financial outcomes, risk management, and team leadership. Provide direction to Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents; manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and contract administration; coordinate with owners, tenants, developers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5–10 years of commercial construction experience with increasing project management responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and construction management software platforms
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and civil construction documents
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
