Job Summary
Lead advanced software and system-level projects by driving technical workstreams and acting as the bridge between engineering execution and business strategy. Maintain project timelines across the portfolio, audit documentation for V-Model, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 compliance, and manage the Change Register to track impact. Interface with R&D, Finance, Sales, and Industrial teams to align progress with organizational goals while applying Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks for resource allocation. Contribute to executive-level project reviews to ensure milestones are met and risks are flagged proactively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Embedded, or Computer Engineering
- Previous experience in software development, system architecture, or system validation
- Understanding of infrastructure, hardware-software integration, and the complexities of embedded systems
- A proven ability to translate complex technical bottlenecks into clear, actionable status updates for non-technical stakeholders
- The ability to drive consensus and move teams forward without having direct hierarchical authority
- A diagnostic mindset capable of resolving both technical hurdles and operational inefficiencies
