Job Summary
Lead project teams and manage client relationships across design/construction projects; develop and maintain client relations, communicate design, construction, and other issues clearly; establish partnering with clients, define scope and approvals, and manage payables; oversee project goals, budgets, schedules, risk management, and QA/QC; mentor staff and provide leadership in team environments; participate in business development activities with Marketing and Office Leadership; coordinate with Project Architect and Quality leader; ensure statutory requirements are met; proficient use of MS Project and Deltek for planning and documentation; familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, and related data-management software; requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or related field and 10+ years of experience; Licensure or registration in the US is preferred; LEED accreditation is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related degree
- Minimum of 10 years related experience
- Capability of performing in a project management role for single or multiple projects
- Licensure or registration in the United States preferred
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam
