Job Summary

Manage all aspects of multiple solar and storage EPC projects from development through operations, collaborating with owners, utilities, EPCs, and internal teams to meet schedule, scope, budget, quality, and safety goals. Oversee project delivery, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, lead negotiations, and implement health, safety, and compliance programs. Track budget, expenses, revenue, and margin; forecast costs and margins while taking corrective action to meet objectives. Secure approvals from customers and authorities having jurisdiction; manage permitting, submittals, and documentation. Support origination and engineering teams on pricing, design, and site investigations. Report project progress to stakeholders and maintain P&L responsibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Five to Seven or more years progressive project management experience in industrial scale, ground mount, solar construction projects
  • Advanced understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, codes, design/build contracts, and construction means and methods
  • Experienced with land development and project financial closing requirements
  • Experience with large-scale cut and fill earthwork or landfill construction
  • BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Occasional travel may be required for site visits, county hearings, and counterparty meetings
