Project Manager - Utility Infrastructure - Cleveland/Akron, OH

Plan, direct, and coordinate all project activities to ensure goals are met within funding and schedule parameters. Prepare proposals, fee justifications, and contracts in conjunction with leadership, establishing work plans with milestones, roadblocks, schedules, and financial forecasts including budget, man-hour utilization, and billing projections. Monitor and control project finances by reviewing cost sheets and preparing monthly invoices, while coordinating personnel allocation with the Team Leader and other managers. Aggressively seek additional compensation for out-of-scope work and prepare contract amendments as necessary. Serve as the firm's representative at all required meetings, presentations, and public hearings, maintaining design books and correspondence files. Perform in-depth reviews of project elements near major milestones and manage electronic file organization and archiving. Requires 8+ years of experience, INDOT/ODOT experience, and PE/PTOE certification.
