Job Summary
Project Manager for Utilities overseeing and coordinating utility construction projects from feasibility through execution. Lead day-to-day operations, supervise internal/external resources, develop project schedules and budgets, generate client and internal reports, present to clients, provide daily mentorship to project staff, ensure QA/QC adherence, monitor progress against budget and schedule, and enforce PM principles to deliver high-quality results on time. Must manage scope, cost, quality, and resources while fostering cross-functional collaboration across Northern VA, MD, and DC sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Prior experience managing various construction, utility, or civil engineering projects.
- Demonstrated project management proficiency (scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, deliverable management).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Adobe).
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated progressive skills in job knowledge, communication, planning, collaboration, decision-making, judgment, and problem-solving.
