Job Summary
Project Manager for Utilities overseeing end-to-end utility projects from feasibility through construction, supervising day-to-day operations, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality deliverables. Responsibilities include supervising utilities across projects, seeking new customers, generating internal/external reports, developing project schedules and budgets, presenting to clients, mentoring project staff, reviewing work for accuracy, and ensuring alignment with QA/QC standards. Required skills include strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and prior experience in construction/utility/civil projects are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Experience managing various construction, utility, or civil engineering projects
- Demonstrated project management proficiency, encompassing an understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Adobe
- Adaptability, flexibility, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated progressive skills in job knowledge, communication, planning, collaboration, decision-making, judgment, and problem-solving
