Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of business cases for new programs and strategic initiatives; manage multiple complex projects from concept through execution with a strong focus on scheduling, risk analysis, and resource evaluation. Drive cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and milestone-driven delivery while fostering a high-performing team culture and continuous improvement. Requires experience in engineering/manufacturing environments, strong project management principles, and the ability to guide teams toward strategic outcomes. Includes proficiency with project management tools and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in engineering, Sciences, business, or a related field
- Five or more years of related work experience with technical engineering and manufacturing projects and programs
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is a plus
- Prior project management experience
- Proficiency with project management tools (scheduling, cost management, change control, time management, scope and resources, work breakdown structures, risk management)
- Effective interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and cooperation with diverse groups
- Ability to support and develop the project team through training and individual coaching
- Eligibility for employment in the US; compliance with ITAR/EAR (export control) requirements

- ITAR/EAR export-control compliance required for access to technical data
- US work authorization required
