Job Summary
Direct and manage the full project lifecycle for large-scale HRIS and Workforce Management implementations, including UKG Pro, Kronos, and Workday WFM. Lead multi-country delivery programmes while developing strategies that ensure deliverables meet cost, timescale, and resource budgets. Facilitate scoping, business priority setting, and complex transformations by engaging senior stakeholders, system integrators, and vendors in high-volume operational environments like retail and logistics. Oversee data migration, integration, and reporting workstreams, maintain realistic project plans using MS Project, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years' project/programme management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex transformation programmes
- Proven experience delivering large-scale HRIS / Workforce Management implementations
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, Kronos, or similar WFM platforms (essential)
- Experience delivering multi-country or global programmes
- Strong background in retail, hospitality, or logistics environments, particularly those with high employee volumes and shift-based operations
- Demonstrated experience managing: Cross-functional teams, System integrators and external vendors, Complex business transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of: Workforce management systems (UKG, Kronos, Workday WFM, Oracle WFM), System integrations (HRIS, payroll, ERP), Data migration and reporting solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong experience in RAID management, financial tracking, and resource planning
- Proven ability to drive decisions, solve complex problems, and influence across distributed/global teams
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
- UKG or relevant HR/WFM system certifications
- Understanding of labour compliance and payroll processes is advantageous
