Job Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within a UK financial services context, identifying, documenting, and managing change requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Apply change management best practices across Commercial, Institutional, Retail, Wealth, or Private banking initiatives while coordinating stakeholder engagement between business and technology teams. Support delivery governance, risk management, and reporting for these complex projects. Candidates must have 8–12 years of overall experience with a mandatory minimum of 5 years in BFSI. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred, with a maximum 30-day notice period required. The role is based in India, with a preference for Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
- Immediate joiners
- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Experienced Transformation PM with strong change-management skills
- Deep understanding of the change lifecycle
- Exposure to financial services — Commercial/Institutional banking, or Retail/Wealth/Private banking
