Job Summary

Manage projects from preconstruction estimate preparation through final closeout, ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and Owner agreements. Lead job set-up, kickoff meetings, and master schedule development using Primavera P6 and the Last Planner System. Oversee subcontractor change orders, financial reporting, and quality management protocols while maintaining a safety-focused culture. Resolve complex construction issues and maintain business development relationships with owners, architects, and consultants. Work on large-scale healthcare, educational, and civic facilities across California, supporting regional office pursuits and team growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Applicants must be eligible to work to the U.S. without visa sponsorship or transfers now or in the future
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field is desired; a combination of education and work experience will also be considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field or in a related area required
  • Ability to prioritize requests and manage projects to meet target delivery dates
  • Ability to recognize a problem or issue that may be affecting project performance
  • Good judgment in addressing technical issues and effectively managing and leading a team
  • Ability to organize and collaborate on efforts to resolve problems or issues promptly
  • Intermediate knowledge/proficiency of MS Office Suite (strong Excel skills in particular)
  • Intermediate understanding of Procore construction software is preferred
  • Scheduling knowledge of Primavera P6 is preferred

Desired Qualifications

  • Work experience in all disciplines of construction (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) preferred
  • Experience with large commercial projects; healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology is desired
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field is desired
