Project Manager

Manage and coordinate multiple projects within a wider programme, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks, reporting structures, communication plans, and decision-making processes. Support project planning, execution, consultant and subcontractor coordination, and contractor management activities. Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation, including reports, presentations, proposals, briefing papers, and official correspondence. Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage agendas, and record accurate meeting minutes and actions. Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, variations, invoices, and payment processes in collaboration with finance teams. Maintain effective document management and control systems across internal and client platforms. Participate in site inspections, project handovers, and defect management activities. Support contract administration and collaborate with legal and commercial teams on contract execution processes. Drive continuous improvement across project administration, reporting, and operational processes. Provide guidance and support to team members while ensuring effective workload planning and business continuity.
