Job Summary
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and review completed work against approved drawings and specifications. Prepare Project Status and Construction Risk Assessment reports, seek approval for fund releases, and evaluate direct and indirect cost budgets. Coordinate with cost advisory groups for parameter estimates and spot quantity take-offs, while making relevant comments on construction, architectural, engineering, and loan agreement terms. Oversee construction and disbursement schedules, including zoning approvals, certified surveys, and building permits. Lead by example to build consensus and coach others on job field knowledge. This onsite role in Pensacola involves approximately 15% travel through the local Florida Panhandle.
Required Qualifications
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
- Role will be onsite in Pensacola with ~15% of travel through the local Florida Panhandle
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Primavera Unifier is beneficial
