Job Summary
Identify and generate project opportunities from maintenance contracts, then liaise with stakeholders to explain scheme feasibility and define scope with developers and sub-contractors. Manage end-to-end operational aspects including estimating, tender analysis, quantity surveying, and site management for mechanical, utilities, and HVAC projects. Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and risks while ensuring full compliance with QHSE practices and project policies. Provide timely monthly reports to the Project Development Manager and secure new business through strong client relationship management. Manage projects ranging from $10,000 to $5,000,000 with guidance from a Senior Project Manager. Fluent in Dutch and English required.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English (orally and written)
- Civil Engineer (architect) or Industrial Engineer
- Minimum 3 years' experience of successfully delivering projects in a technical, FM, construction or critical environment
- Recognised qualification in Project Management
- Broad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislation
- Analytically minded with strong financial and numerical skills
- Strong presentation skills and proven ability to secure new business
- Ability to deliver to deadlines
- Proficient in common application software (Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in oil and gas or similar industry with intensive safety programs is considered a plus
