Job Summary
Manage assigned projects valued up to $1M from award through completion, overseeing site management, installation planning, and subcontractor supervision. Translate customer requirements into detailed proposals and implementation plans while negotiating contracts and managing procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Identify risks and develop strategies to control deviations from estimated costs and deadlines, maintaining accurate records for internal and external reporting. Act as the primary interface with customers to maximize satisfaction and safety, proactively communicating schedules and change proposals. Requires 3+ years of experience in technical environments including building automation, fire alarm, or AV systems, with a college degree or equivalent. Required Qualifications
- College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
- Associates degree in Engineering or related field
- 3 years relevant engineering, field service or project management
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
- Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation and/or AV systems
- Previous project supervisory experience
