Job Summary
Plan, budget, and monitor homebuilding projects using project management tools after approval, serving as a liaison between upper management and execution teams. Track all purchases and materials, ensure adherence to approved schedules, and provide regular progress updates. Maintain job sites by keeping them clean and regularly inspecting for safety measures while resolving operational problems and identifying process improvements. Travel to project sites across the Tulsa area and surrounding states to offer guidance and oversight required to deliver work outlined in customer invoices. Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service protocols, achieving cost standards through expense tracking and implementing cost-saving measures.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years minimum in residential homebuilding and general construction
- Strong understanding of framing techniques, code compliance, and construction inspections
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and adapt effectively on active job sites
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the most current technologies and products used in the industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communications abilities with attention to detail
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication (including telephone and technology) skills
- Effective communication, presentation and interviewing skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, mathematical or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups, clients, customers, and the general public

- Physically capable of performing tasks including walking, sitting, using hands, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
