Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting on residential construction projects in the Tulsa area, serving as a liaison between upper management and on-site teams. Ensure defined project scope, provide regular progress updates, and enforce adherence to approved schedules while coordinating with subcontractors and shop personnel. Travel to job sites and assist Oklahoma project sites as needed. Requires 5–10 years in residential homebuilding/construction, ability to read blueprints, understanding of framing techniques and code compliance, strong communication, and a focus on safety and quality. Bi-lingual is a plus; flexible to work with leadership and meet deadlines in a construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5–10 years minimum experience in residential homebuilding and general construction
- Strong understanding of framing techniques, code compliance, and construction inspections
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/building plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Valid Oklahoma Class "D" Operator's License with ability to drive company vehicle and provide proof of auto insurance
