Project Manager - TS/SCI + CI Polygraph Required

Job Summary
Plan, execute, and manage projects ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Develop project plans, manage resources, and track progress against milestones while identifying risks and mitigating issues. Facilitate communication across teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure compliance with project management standards. Prepare status reports and brief leadership on project health, and manage project budgets and contract deliverables. This role supports the Defense Intelligence Agency program and requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance, PMP certification, and experience with Agile and traditional methodologies in government environments.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in any field with 4-12+ years of project management experience
- PMP or equivalent certification required
- Experience managing IT projects in government or DoD environments
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
- Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies
