Job Summary
Oversee delivery of professional services across multiple technology projects for transportation software. Lead teams of subject matter experts, manage project scopes, establish schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction, coordinate resource needs, identify and manage risks/issues, and produce Statements of Work (SOW). Strong written and verbal communication, with proficiency in presenting status to clients and internal stakeholders. Travel 10-20% as projects require. PMI / PMP certification is preferred. Proficient in project-management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) and office-suite reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading projects focused on delivery of technology
- Deployment of enterprise software
- Software Development Life Cycle experience as it relates to a commercial software package implementation and customization
- Trucking industry experience
- PMI / PMP certification
