Job Summary
Oversee all phases of equipment package installations for new store projects, managing procurement, shipment, and installation from start to completion. Plan, coordinate, and supervise these processes while serving as the primary liaison between general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Collaborate with design, sales operations, and distribution groups to align on customer needs, review bid documents for compliance, and approve shop drawings. Participate in weekly meetings to provide updates and address questions, ensuring transparency across all stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery and installation while maximizing profitability, fostering strong relationships with vendors and customers. This role requires up to 20% travel and occasional weekend work to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience
- 2 – 4 years of project management experience, preferably in the foodservice industry
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in relationship building and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Must be available for occasional overtime and weekend work
