Job Summary
The Project Management Analyst is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of key Stonhard initiatives, including the implementation and ongoing management of Stonhard’s Stage Gate process and software. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans with schedules and milestones, tracking project status, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and conducting post-project reviews. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of business experience, alongside demonstrated project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years business experience
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, time tracking, leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent project management credential
- Experience with Stage Gate or other product development frameworks
- Training in project management methodologies
