Job Summary
Manage electrical projects from budget development and cost control to financial forecasting, utilizing Procore and estimation software. Interpret blueprints and contract documents, including drawings, subcontracts, and change orders, while coordinating with teams to meet common goals. Maintain a clean driving record with a valid Tennessee license and pass a background check. Requires 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field or 7 years in construction. Competitive pay includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K match, PTO, and six paid holidays. Located in Clarksville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years minimum of project management experience in the electrical field preferred
- 7 years minimum of project management experience in construction or a related industry/field
- Must have a clean driving record with a valid Tennessee license
- Must possess an ambitious attitude with a desire to advance

- Works well with others to reach common goals and strong business skills
- Experienced in budget development, cost control, and financial forecasting for construction or electrical projects
- Proficiency in using various software applications (Procore, MS Office Suite, and Estimation Software)
- Ability to learn new software/cloud-based project management systems
- Proficiency at reading and interpreting blueprints
- Experience with contract documents (contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendum, specifications, and change orders)
