Project Manager - Traveling MultiFamily

Job Summary
Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Travel to project sites to support field operations, lead planning, procurement, and subcontract administration, and build relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners. Partner with Superintendents to ensure safe, efficient execution while managing documentation, RFIs, and change orders. Identify risks to maintain schedule and quality goals, mentor Project Engineers, and ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Willingness to travel and support projects throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional results
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Experience managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish
- Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
