Job Summary
Project Manager - Travel Delivery Lead at Capital One Travel: serve as the Ultimate Project Owner to drive delivery, remove blockers, and coordinate cross-functional teams (PMs, Tech, Design, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and 3rd party partners) to launch travel features and large-scale marketing/product rollouts. Develop and maintain delivery plans, track timelines and risks, steward documentation, map dependencies, and provide status updates to leadership. Lead stakeholder alignment, prepare launch materials, drive go/no-go decisions, and ensure regulated processes for risk/legal/compliance. Hands-on with testing planning and documentation; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Jira and Google Suite; comfortable building repeatable processes and working autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred: Masters or MBA; 4+ years in related PM/relationship/risk management roles; salary ranges vary by location with an NY total around $131,800–$150,500 for Principal Project Manager; capital one provides benefits and equity incentives where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Suite products
- At least 3 years of experience leading technology delivery projects
- Masters or MBA degree
