Job Summary
Project Manager / Civil Engineer with roadway experience to join our Transportation team in West Palm Beach, FL. Develops detailed designs, prepares project plans, and researches/estimates projects while ensuring compliance with government regulations. Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to produce technically complex design plans and reports for FDOT design projects. Requires independent, proactive, and detail-oriented work style, strong written/verbal communication, and ability to coordinate with staff, clients, officials, and contractors. Key duties include developing detailed designs, reviewing regulations, making recommendations, assigning tasks, and providing design-focused task execution. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Microstation proficiency, and FDOT design experience; Florida EIT or PE license preferred.
