Job Summary
Project Manager and Civil Engineer role in Transportation/Roadway within our Orlando, FL office. Lead design tasks, develop detailed designs, prepare project plans, estimate projects, review regulations, present solutions, coordinate with engineers and technicians, and interact with staff, the public, officials, and contractors. Requires Florida EIT/PE license (preferred), Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and experience with Microstation/ORD (Open Roads Designer) and FDOT design. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Bluebeam; capable of roadway plans production; strong communication and proactive, self-starting attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Florida EIT or PE license preferred
- Experience with Microstation and/or ORD (Open Roads Designer)
- Must have FDOT design experience
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Bluebeam
- Capable of roadway plans production
- Independent personality, proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter with a good attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
