Job Summary
Lead development of project plans, scope, budget, and schedule for high-voltage transmission and substation projects within the early-stage development phase. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction to prepare RFP packages and ensure execution readiness through defined risk mitigations. Manage integration across scope, schedule, and cost while providing progress updates to management and verifying constructability for contractor payments. This role focuses on U.S. and Canadian projects, requiring 6+ years of experience and ~25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- 6+ years
- Ability to travel (~25%)

- Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience managing projects >$100MM
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, and cost
- Strong documentation skills
- PMP Certification
