Job Summary
Manage the planning, production, and delivery of transit projects, focusing on Bus Rapid Transit, Light Rail Transit, and Passenger Rail. Apply knowledge of concept development, performance evaluation, federal programs, funding sources, and community outreach to support the advancement of transit programs. Assist clients with program management, capital planning, and policy development while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution. Effectively communicate directly with clients, community leaders, and agency staff to provide updates, propose recommendations, and address concerns. Foster the growth and professional development of junior staff while balancing priorities among multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) license or Professional Engineering (PE), or ability to obtain within one year
- Minimum of 8+ years of transit-focused experience
