Job Summary
Manage delivery for Payments, Cards, and Ops Transformation initiatives by owning project governance, including running steering committees and working groups. Track delivery using JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity while handling RAID logs, status reporting, and financial management documentation. Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle activities as a Delivery Manager with 8–12 years of overall experience, including mandatory 5 years in BFSI. Requires immediate joiners or a 30-day notice period. Located in Pune or Bangalore for a multi-year engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
- Location: Pune / Bangalore preferred
- Immediate joiners
- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Domain: Payments, Cards, Ops Transformation Delivery
- Excellent communication skills
- Agile exposure of at least 2 years or more
- Experience managing large transformation engagements, with hands-on project governance experience — running/anchoring steering committees, working groups, and other relevant cadences
- Experience managing RAID logs, status reporting, financial management, and investment/business case documentation
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity
- Understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and the role of a Delivery Manager at each stage
