Job Summary
Manage projects, staff, and clients by overseeing traffic/parking studies, corridor planning, feasibility studies, and safety audits. Assist in preparing specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on work zone traffic, intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing, and pavement marking plans. Coordinate with field inspection staff to serve as an on-site project representative. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, PE/PTOE, and expertise in DOT design standards and CADD software. Located in a remote environment with a preference for Atlanta or Florida.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of CADD Software (MicroStation or AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Experience with various Departments of Transportation design standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
