Job Summary
Project Manager I (Mid-Level) oversees small to medium construction projects from planning through completion, providing project-management support and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include planning and organizing projects under supervision, supervising Assistant Project Managers, assessing scope of work, schedule, and resources; preparing detailed estimates from plans and bid forms; establishing objectives and policies; supervising change orders and quotations; monitoring construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; and representing the company in project meetings. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Accubid and Oracle are preferred. Travel up to 25% to active construction sites; environment primarily indoors with varying conditions. Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/SE or related discipline preferred; at least 3 years of experience in construction project management recommended.
