Job Summary
Coordinate project lifecycles by maintaining budgets, tracking finances, and communicating with internal teams and customers. Establish timelines, lead internal kickoffs, and manage design approvals for dies and fixtures. Liaise between customers, engineering, and manufacturing to resolve delivery issues and process engineering changes. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001-2015 requirements while tracking invoicing status and purchase orders. Organize internal meetings and attend customer facility buyoffs to keep all activities moving.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in the automotive/tool & die industry
- good management, organizational and people skills
- high school or equivalent education
- valid driver's license
- able to read and speak English
- able to lift 20 pounds
- able to present a professional demeanor suitable for this position
- available to travel in the U.S. and abroad
- able to talk or hear
- frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to grip or handle; and reach with hands and arms
- occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Full time, Monday-Friday
- Overtime may be required as work loads change
- 25% to customer facilities
