Job Summary
Project Manager for an HVAC service contractor overseeing project executions and redemption to meet contractual commitments and profitability. Responsible for documentation and status reporting, managing equipment and material utilization and costs, coordinating internal teams and external vendors/customers, delegating field staff, project planning and scheduling, requisitioning and auditing subcontracts, quoting and selling changes in the work, settling disputes/claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, and car allowance; starting salary range $85k-$105k.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a similar project management role
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
- Experience in HVAC, construction, engineering, or related industry
