Project Manager

Project Manager at Titan Electric leads projects and project teams from qualification through closeout, coordinating service projects, maintenance contracts, and urgent response work. Collaborates with the Superintendent and field team to ensure projects and contractual agreements are met safely, professionally, and within budgets/timeframes. Defines team roles and communication expectations to drive efficient work and progression. Responsibilities include reviewing service requests, developing scope, estimating projects, dispatching staff, monitoring progress, coordinating resources (equipment and materials), serving as customer liaison, tracking job costs for profitability, ensuring NEC/OSHA compliance, maintaining documentation (service reports, change orders, permits, close-out summaries), providing leadership to service technicians and apprentices, identifying new service opportunities, and assisting with contract renewals. Requirements include 3–5+ years in electrical contracting, strong knowledge of electrical systems, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs, proficiency with project management/work order systems, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred: Journeyman/Master Electrician license; estimating experience with ServiceTitan/Accubid/ConEst; commercial/industrial service background; prior supervisory experience.
