Job Summary
Project Manager for a nationwide commercial real estate developer. Responsibilities include on-site involvement as needed, coordinating subcontractor bids and buy-out, assisting in contract creation, preparing and monitoring logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications; maintaining project communications; collaborating with senior leadership on project plans; reviewing drawings for plans, specifications, and coordination between trades; supporting the close-out process including punch lists and final packages to the owner. Requires 3–5 years in commercial building construction and a 4-year engineering or construction management degree; strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree in engineering, or construction management (or similar)
- 3 to 5 years experience in commercial building construction
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
