Job Summary
Project Manager for ground-up construction projects based in Milwaukee/SE Wisconsin. Responsible for guiding projects from planning through completion, coordinating between owners, architects, subs, and internal teams, managing budgets, schedules, and scope, preparing proposals and estimates, securing permits, overseeing safety and quality programs, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Requires strong coordination, communication, and leadership across Superintendents, Project Engineers, PM Assistants, and vendors, with a focus on maintaining timelines, budgets, and staffing plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of progressively responsible related job experience in the construction industry
- Ground Up Construction Experience
