Job Summary
The ONESOURCE Consulting Project Manager is responsible for implementing and delivering software implementation projects, managing project teams, and providing consulting services to external clients. This role includes overall project delivery ownership, project planning, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a strong understanding of O2C or P2P business processes, with 5+ years of project management experience. The position requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple complex projects, and experience in client relationship management. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Travel within India is required on 20-30% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management Experience
- Experience working for consulting or professional services organizations
- Experience managing Cloud Implementation projects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Consulting Implementation projects
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent English communication skill
- Experience in implementing ERP projects
- Detail oriented, good planning and organization skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional, team influencing skills.
