Job Summary
Lead cross-functional initiatives within JPMorgan Chase CTPO to deliver high-impact projects from inception to closure, defining success criteria, creating detailed project plans, and tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies. Engage stakeholders through requirements-gathering, manage issue tracking and escalation, and develop communications and artifacts to support delivery. Collaborate with CTPO SMEs, business lines, and technology teams to prioritize activities, advocate for standard risk-control principles, and drive data-driven analyses to inform leadership decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of proven experience in leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation to closure
- Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives in the financial services and/or technology sectors
- Proven ability to apply advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to successfully deliver projects
- Experience running technology-centric projects; ability to create data-driven impact analyses and narratives for leadership
- Strong written and oral executive-level communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize high-level information into actionable insights
- Highly organized, with superior attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives in financial services and/or technology sectors
- Strong written and oral executive-level communication skills
- Ability to create data-driven impact analyses and narratives for leadership
- Experience running technology-centric projects
- Knowledge or interest in LLM concepts, SDLC, Bigdata analytics
