Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for delivering customer projects through a structured stage-gate delivery model in automation/control systems within construction-driven environments (including hyperscale data centers). Lead projects from planning through commissioning and closeout, develop execution plans and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and change control, provide PMO-aligned reporting, and serve as primary customer interface while promoting safety, quality, and accountability. Field coordination includes subcontractor activities and ensuring work aligns with drawings and specifications; customer and contractor integration involves maintaining relationships and clear communication. Requires bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency with project scheduling tools; PMP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience managing complex industrial or systems integration projects
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and project documentation on active job sites
- Exposure to automation, control systems integration, or mission critical infrastructure environments is beneficial
- PMP certification or progress toward certification is preferred
