Job Summary
Lead assigned projects through defined phases from execution start through commissioning and closeout, ensuring gate readiness by completing deliverables and securing approvals. Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with PMO standards while serving as the primary customer interface. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services to deliver automation and control systems integration in construction-driven environments like hyperscale data centers. Manage project risks, issues, and change control, providing accurate reporting using standardized PMO tools. Coordinate daily subcontractor activities on-site, enforce safety policies, and support installation, commissioning, and system turnover. Serve as a key point of contact for customers and general contractors, communicating updates and building professional relationships. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of project management experience, and proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheet. Full-time remote role in the UK with 50% travel, competitive compensation plus bonus, pension, PTO, and relocation stipend.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience managing complex industrial or systems integration projects
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and project documentation on active job sites
- Proof of eligibility to work in the country where the position is located
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Fit for Duty at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to automation, control systems integration, or mission critical infrastructure environments
- PMP certification or progress toward certification
