Job Summary
Lead assigned projects through defined phases from execution start through commissioning and closeout, ensuring gate readiness by completing required deliverables and securing approvals. Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with PMO standards while serving as the primary customer interface for assigned projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services to deliver automation and control systems integration safely, on schedule, and within budget. Manage project risks, issues, and change control, providing accurate reporting using standardized PMO tools. Coordinate daily subcontractor and trade partner activities on the project site, ensuring field work aligns with drawings and quality standards. Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience managing complex industrial or systems integration projects
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and project documentation on active job sites
- PMP certification or progress toward certification
- Demonstrated success coordinating construction-site activities or technical project execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project scheduling software such as MS Project or Smartsheet
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams and leadership
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and how project decisions impact safety and system performance
- Travel: Project Site based
