Project Manager

Project Manager based in the San Jose area responsible for managing HVAC mechanical and plumbing projects, coordinating multiple jobs simultaneously, leading project teams, developing scopes of work, budgeting and estimating costs, procuring equipment and materials, reviewing and reporting project costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves on-site presence during construction activities, maintaining communications with clients and project staff, pursuing sales leads, and ensuring adherence to project management procedures. Qualifications include 5+ years of PM experience in HVAC/Plumbing, strong MS Office proficiency, excellent communication and presentation skills, client-relations focus, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, organizational skills, problem-solving, teamwork, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) with a PE license preferred. Salary range offered is $125k-$175k per year, with on-site work in San Jose, CA.
