Job Summary
Lead themed entertainment, attractions, and hospitality projects from proposal through completion, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations. Build and lead high-performing project teams while developing scopes, schedules, labor plans, and work plans to monitor progress throughout the lifecycle. Proactively identify out-of-scope activities, coordinate architecture, interiors, engineering, and creative teams, and manage financial performance using Deltek Vantagepoint. Identify risks, resolve complex challenges, administer contracts, and support business development efforts. Requires 8+ years of AEC experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Revit.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Demonstrated experience managing Themed Entertainment, Attractions and/or Hospitality projects through multiple phases of design and construction
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery while balancing design excellence, technical quality, schedule, and budget
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, staffing, forecasting, and financial management
- Experience building trusted client relationships and successfully managing multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project (or similar), AIA Contracts, and Deltek Vantagepoint
- Familiarity with Revit, Forma, and Miro
- Excellent communication, leadership, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative leadership style and a passion for delivering immersive environments that create memorable guest experiences
