Job Summary
Coordinate and align the team on project aspects from quoting to delivery, including defining scope, requirements, and successful outcomes. Define key deliverables, milestones, and task sequences while managing the budget. Identify and schedule resources, resolve issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Lead change management, compare actual schedules and spend against plans, and confirm project fulfillment with stakeholders. Review team performance, archive project components, and conduct retrospectives. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency in PM tools and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. Experience in financial services and service industries is preferred.
